  • 1). Project Management Service
    InterASIA assigns an experienced project manager for designing and managing an overall Project Management Plan (PMP). Project team personnel (including hardware, software, and networking) would response for project management as agreed and detailed in the SOW. The Project Manager would establish a framework for project communications, reporting, procedural and contractual activities, and acts as a liaison with equipment/product partner or customer assigned project members to ensure total success in both parties.
  • 2). Project Implementation & Consultancy Service
    InterASIA provides its professional implementation experience to meet customer's requirements and handles the possible project or system change request in the future. InterASIA would assign a business analyst or business consultant to join as a project member to develop and review the service architecture and the service launch standard procedure. The business analyst or business consultant would also interact frequently with customer's staffs to clarify the business needs and translate it into the business requirement if necessary.
  • 3). IT and Telecom Infrastructure Service
    InterASIA also offers IT and Telecom infrastructure professional service for customer to design installation hardware, software module, and network element along the agreed IT infrastructure and telecom signaling build-up, and necessary overall system integration. One of each IT and telecom infrastructure architect would be assigned into the project team to design and solve for any troubleshooting problems, integration, professional service through project acceptance.
  • 4). Professional Service for Customization and Localization
    InterASIA provides professional service to develop, customize or localize application design from system kernel to external GUI web interface to fulfill project and business requirement as part of project delivery scopes. A solution architect will be assigned to response for the change request, to measure the integration effort and impact to the proposed system, and to consider the interface with customer existing legacy systems. The solution architect would also translates the business requirement into solution requirement for the project design and implementation, and also keeps tracking of the solution implementation during the project phase to ensure that the architecture can be implemented correctly as planned.
  • 5). Warranty Service and Technical Support
    InterASIA offers a superior warranty service program with 3-level packaged service matrixes for customer's choice after launching service to support 7 x 24 x 365 around-the-clock mission-critical system operation and customer technical support.
